LEVELIFT SYSTEMS INC., founded in 1990, specializes in shoring, reinforcing and securing all types of structures — commercial, industrial and residential.  We also pre-install support systems for new structures built on problem soil.

LEVELIFT SYSTEMS INC. is the Maryland, DC, Delaware and Northern VA distributor for CHANCE® Helical Pier Foundation Systems and FORTRESS® carbon fiber reinforcement.
We are a member of the (HPA) Helical Pile Association.

We are Maryland’s premier helical foundation anchoring specialists.

Twenty years ago, our company was built around one specialty: stabilizing settling structures.  We are not an off-shoot of a waterproofing, concrete, or remodeling company.  Our work force is made up of experienced, long-term employees, and our successful foundation support projects include apartment buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, schools and homes throughout the Washington-Baltimore region.  Our practical experience ranges from support of telecommunications equipment, pipelines, bridges and retaining walls to residential homes and additions.
